This weekend was exceptional! We had good weather on Saturday, sunny for the drive over followed by overcast by the time we got there.
The Trial was mostly through thick forest except for this one opening where we could see all the way to Hurricane Ridge. It was very calming.
The foot-logs were incredibly slippery and dozens of tress were down over the trail which slowed us down quite a bit, so by the time we made it into camp we were worn out.
Dinner was great though! Vegi-Chili with Goldfish
The drive home was the prettiest part!
